Each year, as at many universities, students at Cal State East Bay's commencement ceremonies put their creativity on display through decorating their caps at graduation. Ranging from funny, heartwarming and emotional to expressions of popular culture, ethnic significance and deep pride, the Class of 2017 continues our tradition of sharing the best in mortarboards from each college. Enjoy!
